We are a small team of writers, researchers and former broadcasters dedicated to documenting the presenters, programmes and production crews of the 1980s, 90s and 2000s.
Started by people who never stopped watching
dailypulsera.com began as a small collection of notes swapped between former studio crew and lifelong television fans who kept noticing that so much of British broadcasting's recent history was going undocumented. Production paperwork was being thrown away, presenters were retiring without ever being properly interviewed about their careers, and entire series were vanishing from public memory simply because nobody had written them down.
What started as a shared archive folder grew into a proper editorial operation. Today our small team combines trained journalists with people who actually worked on the shows we cover, giving us access to details and recollections that simply aren't available anywhere else.
